A Case Study of Analgesia for Osteoid Arthritis Patients by Laser Stimulation


Abstract
We evaluated the effect of laser stimulation on the osteoid arthirtis.
The subjects were assigned in 15mW intensity of laser treated group and non treat group. 8male and 40 female osteoid arthritis whose ages were from 40 years old to 80 years olds participated this program for the period from sep. 23 to nov. 16.

The result form this study are as fallows:
1) Measure of dosage and sensitivity from daily frequency of pain, take up medicine, interval of pain reoccurance, interference in relationship with other people due to pain were significanthy decreased in 15mw intensity of laser treated patients as compared with those of non treat group.
2) Measure of sensitivity from frequency of pain in the evening and measure of dosage from strength of pain, location of pain were significantly decrese in 15mW intensity of laser treated patients as compared with those of non treat group.

in accordance with the result
It is deemed that laser stimulation on the osteoid arthritis patient may be decresed the pain.
